Second Amendment Vote 5 for, 4 against.

YES! It was a victory for all law abiding gun owners today. The Supreme Court upheld our Second Amendment right to protect our selves. I am thankful for the 5 Justices who decided to stick with the original intents of the Constitution. Let's not forget however, that there were four nay votes. Four members of our Supreme Court would repeal the Second Amendment given half a chance. Elections matter. That's why the GOP cannot pull another John McCain out of their hat for us to choose between progressive light and Obama.

When four progressive justices becomes five, understand that our Constitution is over. Our rights will be gone and there isn't a thing we can do about it. Today, the Second Amendment won. Tomorrow, it will be the Mayor Daley's and Barack Obama's of the world screaming for gun bans, confiscations and restrictions. An armed man is a citizen, an unarmed man is a subject. If we forget that, we've lost the fight already.
